3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 3: Ship the Item

Step 4: Inspection & Refund
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for quality compliance. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and received, we offer refunds in the following ways:

If you paid via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account. Processing time varies based on the payment gateway but typically takes 5–10 working days.
➤ Refund to Store Wallet (Optional)
You may choose to receive the refund amount as BuyNinja store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
➤ Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted if:
- The item shows signs of use or damage not due to our error.
- Missing parts that were part of the product package.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong size, color, or item was delivered
If you wish to exchange an item, please mention it clearly when initiating your return request. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship the replacement product (subject to stock availability).
Note: We do not offer exchanges for preferences like “I changed my mind” or “I don’t like the color.”
6. Cancellations

At present, BuyNinja operates and delivers only within India. Orders placed from outside India are not eligible for returns or refunds unless explicitly stated or arranged.
